Joanna Markowska

PhD Eng. Joanna Markowska is a Head of Distance Learning Unit of Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. She is a hydrologist, researcher at Institute of Environmental Engineering of Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Geodesy and an educator with over 20-year – experience. Her research work focuses on modern didactic using IT at environmental university. She appreciates teamwork as an effective approach to solving interdisciplinary problems both in the real world and online situation.  She promote this approaches by working with students, during theoretical and practical classes using distances methods learning. She is a member of the Polish Academic E-learning Association and of the Polish Geophysical Society.
